Acceptable use

• Use Maxentro only for lawful business communications.
• Do not use Maxentro for spam, phishing, malware, deception, credential harvesting, or harassment.
• Honor unsubscribe, opt-out, and suppression obligations.
• Comply with applicable email, privacy, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

Customer responsibility

Customers control their lead data, sender accounts, email content, and compliance choices. Maxentro provides workflow tools and does not guarantee deliverability, sales results, or legal compliance.

Service changes

Features, limits, and pricing may change. Active customers will receive reasonable notice for material paid-plan changes.
