Data Deletion Policy
Customers can request deletion of account and workspace data by contacting support@maxentro.cloud.
Deleted data
Deletion may include account profile data, leads, drafts, queues, reply records, and sender metadata.
Retained records
Some records may be retained for security, billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to honor suppression/opt-out obligations.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
