Maxentro offers subscription software. Refund eligibility depends on the payment provider, plan, usage, and applicable law.
General policy
- Trial accounts may be cancelled before paid billing begins.
- Paid subscription refunds may be reviewed within 7 days of initial purchase if usage is minimal.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, unless required by law.
