Maxentro provides AI-assisted B2B outreach workflow software. This policy explains how product data is processed when customers use Maxentro.

Data we process

• Account information such as name, email, company, plan, and login/session data.
• Lead and prospect information provided by customers, including email, company, role, website, country, source, and outreach status.
• Email workflow data such as draft content, queue status, sender account metadata, inbound reply text, and suppression records.
• Operational logs used for security, debugging, quota enforcement, and abuse prevention.

Purpose

We process data to provide account management, license validation, lead management, AI draft generation, sending workflow controls, reply intelligence, and customer support.

AI processing

When AI features are enabled, customer-provided profile and lead context may be sent to configured AI providers to generate or classify content. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to process uploaded data.

Data deletion

Customers may request data deletion through the support page. Suppression records may be retained where necessary to honor opt-out obligations.
